To change the Long-Range Land Use designation in the Comprehensive Plan of +/- 10.05 ac. from SRR, Semi-Rural Residential & ER, Environmental Resource to SRL, Suburban Residential Low & ER. The site is located on the north side of the intersection of Asdee Ln. and Coventry Glen Dr., is identified as GPINs 8193-25-8875, -9399, 8193-36-1704, & -2771. Occoquan Magisterial District
B. Rezoning #PLN2013-00011, Glass Property

To rezone +/- 10.05 ac. from A-1, Agricultural to R-4, Suburban Residential to allow a max. of 24 single-family detached dwellings. The site is located on the north side of the intersection of Asdee Ln. and Coventry Glen Dr. and is identified as GPINs 8193-25-8875, -9399, 8193-36-1704, & -2771. There is a companion Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA #PLN2009-00284) which seeks to redesignate +/-10.05 ac. from SRR, Semi-Rural Residential & ER, Environmental Resource to SRL, Suburban Residential Low & ER. Occoquan Magisterial District
C. Proffer Amendment/Rezoning #PLN2012-00339, Pembrooke

To amend the proffers from PRA# 2006-00091, and to rezone +/-15.5 acres from B-1, General Business, to PMR, Planned Mixed Residential in the Victory Lakes community. The proposal includes a Master Zoning Plan that consists of three landbays. Landbay A shall be designated B-




1, General Business, and developed with a childcare facility. Landbay B shall be designated MDR, Medium Density Residential, and will developed with up to 55 townhouse units. Landbay C shall be designated as Open Space/Community Recreation, and shall remain open space or may be developed with a community recreation facility. The site is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Sudley Manor Dr. and Lake Baldwin Dr., The site identified as GPIN 7596-30-4550, is zoned B-1, General Business, and also designated SRM, Suburban Residential Medium in the Comprehensive Plan. D. Rezoning #PLN2013-00101, Woodland Farms

To rezone ±57.2 acres from A-1, Agricultural, to SR-1, Semi-Rural Residential, with a cluster option to develop the site with up to 30 single-family detached homes, with a minimum lot size of 1 acre and 20 acres as open space. The site is located south of Signal Hill Rd. between Moore Dr. and Ellis Rd.; is identified on County maps as GPIN 7895-84-1626; is zoned A-1, Agricultural, and is designated SRR, Semi-Rural Residential, in the Comprehensive Plan. Coles Magisterial District
